FARGO, N.D. — John Cass has joined Noridian Mutual Insurance Company (NMIC) as manager of Learning and Organizational Development. NMIC offers quality health care coverage as Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) as a licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.

Cass provides enterprise-wide leadership, management and oversight in areas of organization effectiveness, development, performance improvement and learning process and improvement. He manages the day-to-day logistics of Noridian University, overseeing the implementation of technical and professional development training programs for employees at all levels.

Prior to joining NMIC, Cass had extensive experience in training and development at the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) in Charlotte, N.C. While working there, he coordinated training events and has personally trained thousands of individuals in 39 countries. Most recently he served as BGEA's director of Internet Evangelism.

Cass graduated from Northwestern University, Roseville, Minn., with a bachelor's degree in psychology. He earned a master's degree in organizational management and leadership development from Capella University in Minneapolis.
