Josh Duncan joins NMIC as manager of Talent Acquisition
FARGO, N.D. — Josh Duncan has joined Noridian Mutual Insurance Company (NMIC) as manager of Talent Acquisition. NMIC offers quality health care coverage as Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) as a licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
In this role, he oversees the Talent Acquisition team to identify strategies to attract top talent for the organization and to brand NMIC as an employer of choice while building and maintaining relationships with management to understand their needs.
Prior to joining NMIC, Duncan worked as the talent acquisition supervisor at Sanford Health in Fargo.
Duncan graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in social work.
