FARGO, N.D. — Kelly Dawson has joined Noridian Mutual Insurance Company (NMIC) as director of Human Resources, People Strategy and Culture. NMIC offers quality health care coverage as Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) as a licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.

In this role, she oversees and develops the Human Resources, People Strategy and Culture department.

Prior to joining NMIC, Dawson worked as the global human resources lead for Cargill in Fargo.

Dawson graduated from Stetson University in DeLand, Fla., with a bachelor of science degree in psychology. She earned a master's degree in program management, design and evaluation with a concentration in human resources development from Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, Calif.
