Luther Stueland named manager of Health Care Reform Analysis

Luther Stueland has been promoted to manager of Health Care Reform Analysis at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Fargo.

In his new role, Stueland is responsible for monitoring health care reform developments and evaluating impacts on BCBSND products and operations.

Stueland joined BCBSND in March 2009 as project team leader in Management Information Services.

Born in Newfolden, Minn., Stueland graduated from high school in Kenyon, Minn., and from Free Lutheran Bible School in Plymouth, Minn. He also graduated from Brinkman/Froemming Umpire School in Cocoa, Fla.
