FARGO — Matt Sullivan has been hired as the director of Noridian Insurance Services, Inc. (NISI). NISI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota.

In his role, Sullivan is directly responsible for driving growth and profitability, along with overseeing and directing NISI operations.

A native of Fargo, N.D., Sullivan earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota in Duluth, Minn. He also earned a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation from The Wharton School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining NISI, Sullivan worked as the vice president of Wealth Management at Halvorson Company in Fargo, N.D.
