FARGO — As part of the company's continuing efforts to keep North Dakotans informed of health reform changes, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) will hold a series of workshops for employers throughout the state in August.
The workshops for employers will be held in eight North Dakota cities in August. Topics will include health reform regulations, the state of the health insurance industry, the employer mandate, grandfathering, managing health insurance costs, self funding, defined contribution, private exchange and improving employee health. BCBSND experts will be available to answer employer questions.
Employers have been invited to attend the workshops; registration is required. The sessions are not open to the public. While the sessions are closed door, media availability will be available with BCBSND representatives in-between sessions.
