FARGO — Michael Error has been promoted to VP of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND). He originally joined the organization as the VP of IT Technology Commercial Services in August 2017.

As VP of Information Technology and CIO, Error is responsible for overseeing architecture, applications and infrastructure functions for BCBSND.
