FARGO, N.D. — Nichoel Klinghagen has been promoted to manager of claims administration in BlueCard Operations and Claims Training at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND).

Klinghagen oversees the team leaders in BlueCard and Claims Training to ensure that all units within the department are functioning efficiently and effectively maintaining acceptable inventories, meeting departmental/national/corporate standards for quality and timeliness of claims processing and customer inquiries.

She joined BCBSND in 1999 and has held several positions, most recently as team leader of the Federal Employee Program (FEP) and North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System (NDPERS) Claims Units.

Klinghagen received her associate degree in commercial/graphic art from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Moorhead.
