FARGO, N.D. — Sabrina Cogger has been promoted to manager of Enterprise Security and Risk Management in the Enterprise Strategic Services division at Noridian Mutual Insurance Company (NMIC). NMIC offers quality health care coverage as Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota as a licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.

Cogger is responsible for Information Technology security and compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. She is also oversees security strategic alignment with divisional and corporate goals, coordinates Information Services audit activities and IT Security within IT Governance. She oversees the Enterprise Security Projects team, and the Enterprise Application Development and Security team.

She began her NMIC career in 2012 as an IT Security team lead in Enterprise Security.

Cogger earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She holds an associate of applied science, network support specialist from the Minnesota School of Business in Brooklyn Center, Minn., and a master of science degree in management, information technology management from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, Colo.
