Patricia Spier joins BCBSND as manager of MediQHome

FARGO, N.D. - Patricia Spier has joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) as manager of MediQHome in the Health Network Innovation division.

Spier is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of all initiatives for the MediQHome Quality Program. The program is geared toward enabling and sustaining a system of care that will ensure the provision of evidence-based, longitudinal primary care services to all members.

Before joining BCBSND, she worked at Sanford Health, Fargo, for 30 years in a variety of roles, including medical surgical, home health and internal medicine.

Spier earned a registered nurse degree from St. Luke's School of Nursing, Fargo. She is board certified in ambulatory care nursing through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is certified in chronic disease management through the Health Sciences Institute.
