Russ Boyle rejoins BCBSND as director of the Customer Contact Center

FARGO, N.D. — Russ Boyle has rejoined Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota as director of the Customer Contact Center.

In this role, Boyle is responsible to manage, monitor and coordinate all member and provider services activities of BCBSND to ensure the company meets consumers' expectations. He ensures that Customer Contact Center staff responds to inquiries with courtesy and professionalism and that staff provides timely and accurate information.

Boyle began his BCBSND career in 2000 as an HR business partner and was promoted to operational team leader. From 2005 to 2009, he was manager of the Noridian Administrative Services (NAS) office in Jamestown, N.D.  NAS is a subsidiary of BCBSND. 

A native of Moorhead, Minn., Boyle earned bachelor's degrees in history, political science and sociology from Jamestown College in Jamestown, N.D.
