Sara Stolt promoted to manager of HR Planning at BCBSND
FARGO, N.D. — Sara Stolt has been promoted to manager of Human Resources Planning in the Human Resources and Development division at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND).
In her new role, she oversees major initiatives in HR and Development and coordinates their implementation with other areas in the organization that may be impacted. She also oversees the planning, project and goal-setting processes within the division.
Stolt joined BCBSND in 2007 as a management development specialist.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in speech and mass communication from North Dakota State University in Fargo and a Master of Science degree in strategic leadership at the University of Mary's Fargo location.
