Amber Kienenberger promoted to director of digital experience at BCBSND

FARGO, N.D. — Amber Kienenberger has been promoted to director of digital experience at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND).

Kienenberger joined BCBSND in 2005 as a graphic artist in the Fargo District office. “I am grateful for the variety of opportunities. I always had the willingness to grow and try new things at work, BCBSND always supported that,” says Kienenberger.

In her role, Kienenberger is responsible for creating a seamless and successful digital experience for customers, improving satisfaction metrics and building customer loyalty. She states, “One of my favorite parts about my new position is the opportunitiy for innovation. I am thrilled to bring new experiences to the people we serve and improve digital touchpoints.”

A Midwest native, Amber holds a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. She has been with BCBSND for 16 years.
