BCBSND Extending Member Services’ Call Center Hours through February

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) is extending Member Services’ call center hours to better accommodate members during the Open Enrollment period.

Through Feb. 4, 2022, Customer Advocates will be available during these extended hours by phone:

  • Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CT)
  • Fridays, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CT)

The adjusted hours do not apply to Provider Services. Provider Services’ phone hours will remain Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CT).

Appointments
All in-person visits require an appointment. If you have questions about your coverage, call the number on the back of your card to make an appointment. If you have questions about changing coverage, please call 1-800-280-2583.

Online access
Current members can also log in to their online account at our Member Services portal BCBSND.com for 24/7 secure access to view their current plan.

Hours will return to the regular schedule Feb. 5, 2022.
