Fargo, N.D. – The community is invited to come together for a flavorful cause at the eighth annual Eat United: Food Truck Feed, taking place on Wednesday, June 18 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. This vibrant event, hosted by Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND), supports the United Way of Cass-Clay, bringing together local food trucks, community members and a shared mission to fight hunger and support families in need.

This year’s food truck lineup includes returning favorites and exciting new additions:

  • Fargo Fillies
  • Hot Off the Press
  • Jazzy’s Mobile Kitchen
  • Jumbo’s Food Truck
  • K-Dawg: Korean Korndog Food Truck
  • Mac Daddys
  • Namaste Chai and Kitchen
  • Penny’s Eatery
  • Queen’s Quesadilla
  • Smoke My Butt BBQ
  • Soul Taco
  • Top Dog Hot Dog
  • Twisted Jz Mobile Coffee Truck
  • Windsor Waffles
  • Wing King

In 2024, the event raised thousands for the United Way of Cass-Clay, and organizers are aiming even higher this year.

“At BCBSND, we believe in building stronger, healthier communities,” said Dan Conrad, president and CEO of BCBSND. “Eat United is a perfect example of how we can come together — through something as simple and joyful as sharing a meal — to make a real difference. Supporting United Way aligns with our mission to improve the health and well-being of all North Dakotans.”

The event is open to the public, and a portion of proceeds from food truck sales will go directly to support United Way’s work in addressing hunger, housing instability and early childhood education in the region.

“We are so grateful for the continued partnership with BCBSND and the incredible support from the community,” said Christie Lewandoski, Director of Resource Development at United Way of Cass-Clay. “Eat United is more than just lunch — it’s a chance to be part of something bigger. Every dollar raised helps us end the cycle of poverty and build a stronger future for families in our region.”

Attendees are encouraged to bring friends, coworkers and an appetite for both great food and giving back.
