Worksite Wellness Summit 2024 aims to educate professionals how to take wellness from concept to culture.
FARGO, N.D. – Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) invites managers, HR professionals and business leaders to attend the 2024 Worksite Wellness Summit Monday, Sept. 9, at the Fargo Holiday Inn. This event will feature nationally recognized speakers, networking, workshops and group discussions to educate professionals on the importance of building a culture of well-being.
The event runs from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and opens with a keynote address from Dr. Jessica Grossmeier, an award-winning author and researcher on the topic of workplace culture. She will discuss the critical need for employers to adopt holistic approaches to workplace wellness to contend in the competitive talent market. She will be followed by a series of breakout sessions covering a spectrum of topics, such as the importance of mental health and learning to build resilience. Galen Emanuele, a nationally recognized culture, leadership, and emotional intelligence expert known for his equally insightful and comedic insights, will deliver the closing keynote.
For those pursuing continued education or recertification, the 2024 Worksite Wellness Summit is eligible for SHRM Professional Development Credits. North Dakota Insurance Producer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are also available. Lunch is provided.
