FARGO, N.D. Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND)’s Information Technology division received its third year of recognition on Computerworld’s Best Places to Work in IT list.
What determines a great place to work?
Foundry’s Computerworld conducts an annual survey to identify the best places to work for in IT. Nominations were accepted in May 2023 for qualified organizations. Qualifications included having 100 employees or more and a minimum of five IT employees in the U.S.
In May, nominated companies were given a survey and asked to provide employment statistics as well as benefit and program information for the IT department and organization.
