Kristi Schlosser Carlson is chief legal officer for North Dakota Farmers Union, Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Company, Farmers Union Service Association and Agraria restaurants. She has served as a director on the Board since 2018.

Kristi previously served as in-house counsel at Minnkota Power Cooperative and for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota. She is a member of the State Bar Associations of North Dakota and Minnesota and is the treasurer of St. Mary’s Grade School parent-teacher organization. She has served on the Capital Electric Cooperative nominating and elections committees, as a board member for HERO (Healthcare Equipment Recycling Organization), and as a board member of the University of St. Thomas School of Law Alumni Association.

Kristi received her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis and her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks.
