Nick Benson was promoted to manager of Information Services Technical Support at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Fargo.

He had been team leader of IS Technical Support Applications and LAN Servers. As Technical Support manager, Benson oversees all of the teams in Technical Support.

Benson earned an associate degree in electronics from Northwest Electronic Institute, Minneapolis. He joined BCBSND in January 1996 as a technical analyst I in IS Technical Support Applications and LAN Servers. He was later promoted to technical analyst II, III and IV and then team leader of that department.

BCBSND is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
