Fargo, N.D. – Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) is readying to host 2024's Worksite Wellness Summit, taking place on Monday, Sept. 9, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Fargo Holiday Inn. An annual event, this year's summit aims to educate professionals on the importance of culture and well-being through a variety of networking, workshop and discussion opportunities.

BCBSND knows that employee health extends far beyond vitals and diagnoses. The 2024 Worksite Wellness Summit aims to address this through showing that a culture of well-being helps your employees build habits that save them money, grow their workplace, and support their health. This year's summit will also highlight the novel ways employers can address workplace well-being through a selection of nationally recognized speakers.

One featured industry expert is Dr. Jessica Grossmeier, an award-winning author and researcher on the topic of workplace culture. As the opening keynote speaker, she will discuss the critical need for employers to adopt holistic approaches to workplace wellness to contend in the competitive talent market. She will be followed by a series of breakout sessions covering a spectrum of topics, such as the importance of mental health and learning to build resilience. The closing keynote will be from Galen Emanuele, a nationally recognized culture, leadership, and emotional intelligence expert known for his equally insightful and comedic insights.

For those pursuing continued education or recertification, the 2024 Worksite Wellness Summit is eligible for SHRM Professional Development Credits, with North Dakota Insurance Producer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) pending approval. Lunch is provided.
