Impact Grants are designed to support whole-person health, empowering North Dakotans and their communities to live healthier lives. These grants focus on Behavioral Health, Social Drivers of Health (SDOH) and/or health promotion and disease prevention.

Grant details:

  • Applications accepted: Year-round
  • Amount: Up to $10,000; average grant is $2,500. The amount awarded depends on the project, reach and anticipated impact.
  • No letter of intent required

An Impact Grant could include, but is not limited to:

  • Increasing school mental health services through on-site or virtual care
  • Culturally tailored initiatives to ensure inclusivity, effectiveness and continued learning
  • Providing improved access to nutritious foods and creating healthier eating habits
