If you're already appointed with BCBSND, submit new appointment requests through Additional Tools in Producer Center.
Note: If you're joining BCBSND through a field marketing organization (FMO) or as a producer within an agency, your agency must submit your onboarding request through Additional Tools in Producer Center.
