She will discuss practical ways to cultivate psychological safety within your work environment to improve the well-being of your workforce. Patty works at Stanford University as the associate director of faculty and staff wellness: strategy and innovation.

Sarah Nikle sees how financial fitness requires a strong financial education. She will speak about the value of employee financial education as a component of your organization's wellness program, and she will share specific strategies on how to best share this message with your workforce. Sarah is a financial advisor with Edward Jones Investments in West Fargo.

Dr. Jill Nelson will describe how you can create a courageous culture and how the four skill sets of courage can dramatically change your workplace for the better. Jill works at North Dakota State University as the associate dean for professional development and leadership in the College of Human Services and Education and as a professor in the counseling program.

Kat Perkins knows that making fearless choices can help you conquer your dreams. She will discuss how to live fearlessly in your workplace and how to create an action place to achieve your goals. Kat competed on NBC's "The Voice" and finished as a top four finalist. Since then, she has performed her music around the world and founded a nonprofit organization.
