A reminder: Employers who maintain a group plan must meet requirements of the Children’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009 (CHIPRA). It requires employers to provide a disclosure notice of assistance opportunities to each employee residing in states that provide Medicaid or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
