Zero Dollar EOBs (When the insured has no financial liability)
- Only a digital copy is created to the member portal and available by the member
- A paper copy of an EOB will not be mailed
All Other EOBs
- Paper copies will be mailed to show claims processed
- Members can switch to paperless EOBs via the member portal and no longer receive paper or email EOBs
- Prescription EOBs are viewable only in the member portal
- Quarterly Rx summaries no longer mailed
