Another North Dakota legislative session wrapped up April 26 with action on 984 bills, 635 of which passed.
Bills that affect the North Dakota health insurance landscape include:
- Re-authorization of Medicaid Expansion
- Passage of a reinsurance pool that is intended to help reduce premiums in the individual market
- Support for a set of behavioral health reform bills
- Workforce enhancement funding
