Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) and Noridian Healthcare Solutions, Inc. are going to Team Up for Mark at the Mark Knutson Fargo Friday Night 5K as co-sponsors. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. (CT) in the Fargodome on Friday, May 31.
Why Team Up?
This year’s event is a time of celebration and remembrance. It’s the 20th anniversary of the Fargo Marathon – a major milestone for the event. It’s also a time when many in the community will remember the marathon’s co-founder, Mark Knutson, who passed away last summer. His passion for running and walking has united so many people. It even inspired him to start the Shoes for Kids charity, which provides children with shoes for gym and sports so they don’t have to miss out.
We encourage everyone to sign up for the 5K, whether you have a team of two or 25. Together, you can run, walk or simply come out to cheer.
