Virtual support for mental health
Learn to Live is a virtual mental health program that gives employees confidential, 24/7 access to self-guided tools for managing stress, anxiety, depression, sleep problems, substance use and more. Based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the program teaches practical ways to shift thinking, improve emotional well-being and build resilience over time. Each member starts with a short assessment to personalize their experience and can move through programs at their own pace. For extra support, live coaching is available by phone, text or email, along with optional features, such as peer support and motivational text reminders. When employees feel more in control emotionally, they’re better able to thrive at work, at home and in their communities.
