Preventive coverage at no cost. Beyond that, BlueDirect members pay for health care costs on their own or from a health savings account. Once they meet their deductibles, insurance contributes a portion of the cost.
In addition to health care coverage, BlueDirect includes the HealthyBlue online wellness center with powerful tools for employees to use to manage their health and well-being.
