Attaching Clinical Documentation through the Predictal Portal

We are aware providers may be experiencing difficulties attaching medical documentation to an authorization request. 

Providers who can attach medical documentation through the portal should continue to do so per the normal process.

For providers who are having issues attaching documentation or submitting the request, please fax your request to avoid delays in care. Faxes can be sent to 701-277-2971, ensure all required information and documentation is submitted.
