Over the past several months Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) has been working on a new online provider appeal form. We are excited to announce that this form is now live for providers.
Here are some details to support the intention and needs of this new form:
- Applies to Commercial and Medicaid Expansion lines of business
- Used to reduce provider admin and cost
- A faster and more effective streamlined paperless process
The new online appeal form and information regarding appeals can be found under the Eligibility & Claims tab by selecting the Request Appeals based on the appropriate line of business or access by the following links:

We encourage providers to start using the new online form, however providers can still fax or mail the current appeal form.
