NextBlue of North Dakota Medicare Advantage Plan would like to inform providers that CIOX Health is conducting annual medical record retrieval services on your Medicare Advantage (MA) members beginning in February.
The purpose of this record retrieval process is to capture medical documentation that will close Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®) care gaps not identified during the claims process. Only certain patients will be reviewed.
