Effective Dec. 1, 2023, Omnitrope was added to the Utilization Management program as a preferred growth hormone product and added to Blue Cross Blue Shield North Dakota (BCBSND) formularies. BCBSND also covers Norditropin and Genotropin as preferred growth hormone products. Norditropin and Genotropin remain covered as preferred brand growth hormone products.
