On Feb. 15, 2024, we notified providers of a policy update coming for Medically Unlikely Edits (MUE) Deviations, this update applies to Commercial only and not the Medicaid Expansion plan.
The following coding and reimbursement policy update will become effective Apr. 1, 2024:
- Medically Unlikely Edits (MUE) Deviations
- Policy to add CPT code 95165 (is used to report multiple dose vials of non-venom antigens) to remove code’s MUE limitation.
