NPI

The National Provider Identifier, or NPI, is a 10-digit number unique to each provider that is issued by the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The NPI is required for providers to submit transactions to federal and state agencies, as well as file claims with private health plans.

Dental Provider Applications

If you are not already a credentialed BCBSND provider, get started by completing the applicable form(s) above. If you are already credentialed, the Provider Networking team will be contacting you to sign an addendum to your existing contract. To request an addendum, send an email to prov.partners@bcbsnd.com. 1915(i) non-emergency medical transportation and meal and lodging providers can be credentialed through the State of North Dakota.
