Our member and provider services may be experiencing higher than normal call volumes. We encourage you to utilize alternative forms of communication including secured messaging through online Member Services and Availity Essentials Provider Portal.
We have hosted sessions in Minot and Bismarck with great attendance and collaboration. There is still time to register for Grand Forks, Fargo and our virtual session. Meet with our BCBSND Provider Relations team and network with other providers in your area.
Our topics are particularly helpful for individuals in roles within the revenue cycle, leadership positions and administrative staff who process authorizations, conduct payer reviews or handle billing follow-up. While the topics include some clinical perspectives, they primarily focus on practice management and the revenue cycle.
