BCBSND Caring Foundation is now accepting letters of intent for our Health Innovation Grants proposals of up to $50,000 in funding for 501c3 nonprofits, municipalities, park boards or schools. These Health Innovation Grants, formerly called SPARK Grants, are projects or programming proposals that are new or expanding, innovative and could be replicated by others if found successful.
A Health Innovation Grant could include, but is not limited to:
- Implement homeless and behavioral health prevention services through care coordination
- Expanding farm-to-school program providing access to fresh local foods, hands-on learning and a space to grow a positive relationship with food
- Launching a recovery education program to reduce stigma
These grants are not intended to simply support current mission work or programming. For more information, visit Health Innovation Grants | BCBSND. Letters of intent are due July 31, 2025.
