Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) has implemented the January 2025 quarterly code updates of Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS), and Proprietary Laboratory Analyses (PLA) codes issued by the American Medical Association (AMA) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
The January quarterly code update will have an effective date of Jan. 1, 2025. Please refer to the AMA and CMS websites for a complete list of added, revised, and deleted codes.
