High call volumes
Our member and provider services may be experiencing higher than normal call volumes from 12/22/25-1/9/26 due to a large number of staff being out of office. Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) is informing our provider community of the new Postoperative Sinus Endoscopy and Debridements coding and reimbursement policy effective March 1, 2025.
Our commitment is to update the provider community as coding and reimbursement policies and guidelines are added, adopted, and/or revised.
