NextBlue Member Lab Service Co-Payment Error

NextBlue is informing our provider community of a recent member co-payment error that has been brought to our attention. Due to a recent member benefit update, this error is impacting claims that were billed solely for lab services with a range of over 200 CPT codes and service dates between January - March 2025.

Our NextBlue claims team has identified the claims that are being impacted and will begin to complete an internal mass adjustment. Currently, we ask providers to take no action and allow a 30-day period for us to adjust claims due to incorrect payment. After 30 days, providers will want to contact our Provider Service Center at 844-753-8039 if you have additional questions or if you find more adjustments are needed.
