NextBlue of North Dakota Medicare Advantage New Appeals Timeline

NextBlue is informing our provider community that we are aligning with the new Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) appeals timeline change. As of Jan. 1, 2025, the CMS updated the appeals submission timeline from 60 to 65 days.
