The Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota’s (BCBSND) SIU and Provider Audit department’s 2025 Monitoring and Investigation Plan has been developed based on currently identified risks and established monitoring activities.
The following items are included in this year’s monitoring plan will include scheduled audits to review:
- 1915(i) services
- Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services
- Modifier AF use
- Laboratory claims
- Radiology claims
