Our commitment is to update the provider community as coding and reimbursement policies and guidelines are added, adopted and/or revised.
The following coding and reimbursement policy updates will become effective on the website within the next 45 days.

- Correct Coding Policy - Commercial
- Added clarification regarding Enhanced Ambulatory Patient Group (EAPG) claim lines of the same code will be rejected when there is an overage of units billed over that code’s Medically Unlikely Edits (MUE) limit, when billed on the same date of service (DOS).
