Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) wants to inform providers of a new work requirement coming for Medicaid Expansion members that could impact their eligibility. Effective Dec. 31, 2026, Medicaid Expansion adults must work, volunteer or attend educational activities 80 hours/month.
