Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) would like to remind providers that any changes required on previously approved prior authorization medical drugs (i.e., dose, frequency, biosimilar product change) must be made through a change request to the Medical Pharmacy Solutions team at Prime Therapeutics (Prime) by calling 800-424-1708.
It is extremely important to ensure the correct start date when requesting a change request to ensure claims process appropriately.
