High call volumes
Our member and provider services may be experiencing higher than normal call volumes from 12/22/25-1/9/26 due to a large number of staff being out of office. We encourage you to utilize alternative forms of communication including secured messaging through online Member Services and Availity Essentials Provider Portal.
Member and Provider Services Representatives will be unavailable Thursday, Jan. 1, due to the holiday. We are unable to accept walk-ins on Friday, Jan. 2., due to short staffing.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) will be posting updated 2026 North Dakota Medicaid Expansion institutional and professional fee schedules and reimbursement notice to the Online Fee Schedule Portal no later than Nov. 1, 2025. The fee schedules will be effective Jan. 1, 2026.
Please know the portal for the online fee schedule requires activity every 120 days. If an account has been inactive for more than 120 days, the account will be disabled. If your account has been disabled due to inactivity or if you are experiencing log-in issues, please contact Support Services at 800-544-8467 during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CT) or by email at portals@bcbsnd.com.
