Attention providers that are enrolled in the Medicaid Expansion network and have a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) and/or swing-bed, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) needs a current interim rate letter to calculate updated reimbursement rates, which are effective the first of the month following receipt of the updated interim rate letter or fifteen days following receipt of the letter, whichever is later.
