Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) is notifying our Commercial provider community that our medical pharmacy partner, Prime Therapeutics Management (Prime), will implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for GatewayPA.com beginning March 28, 2026. This enhancement is part of an ongoing effort to strengthen system security.
What to expect
- On March 13, 2026, Prime Communications sent an official announcement to all GatewayPA.com users outlining the new MFA requirements.
- A Login Reference Guide will be available on the GatewayPA.com homepage.
- A notification banner will be displayed on GatewayPA.com to inform users of this security enhancement.
Please note: This MFA change will affect all users unless they access GatewayPA.com through Single Sign-On (SSO) via their organization. There are a few limited exceptions, so if you do not notice this change immediately, no action may be required.
