Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) wants to inform providers of an error identified on some of the 7/1/2026 Commercial DMEPOS fee schedule rates. A corrected Commercial DMEPOS Fee Schedule has been posted to the Online Fee Schedule Portal. Codes that were affected are identified on the fee schedule and impacted claims that came in before the error was rectified, will be reprocessed. Providers should not need to do anything additional.
