Provider Website Update Notification

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) would like to inform providers of the following updates made to the BCBSND Provider webpage within the last 30 days. 

BCBSND Provider webpage updates:

  • 1915i page
    • Updated the applicable guidelines sections to remove forms and point to the Department of Health and Human Services website. 
  • Care management
    • Updated language and added information regarding Arkos. 
  • Payment Integrity Program
    • Removed outdated information such as education on demand videos and sample letters. 
    • Added detail regarding evaluation and management (E/M) batching
      • The submission of records should be done as a batch, meaning all applicable records should be submitted for claims identified in the provider’s letter.
